Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: Great question. We aren’t looking to list your house for you, we’re looking to buy it! However, if you’re in a unique situation where buying your house isn’t the best option for you, we are able to offer additional, unbiased solutions.

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs or remodeling is required, the present condition of the property and values of comparable houses recently sold nearby.
As you may know, house values have changed a lot in the last 5 years and many areas still haven’t seen prices come back up. We take many pieces of information into consideration. Then we come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: Absolutely not. This is how we differ from the traditional method of selling your house. You will not have any fees or commissions when you sell your house to us.
