Picture is a sophisticated product with exceptional image quality, bringing all the marketing benefits attributed to home staging, 3D floor plans and virtual tours into the mainstream real estate market.

Picture follows another new software program called StreetEasy’

There’s a new app for your smart phone or tablet. New York City real estate professionals and buyers of real estate now have StreetEasy. According to their website, “StreetEasy gives you all your market search details in one place. You can search for a home in traditional ways or by school zone, building, and neighborhood. You can share your opinions on anything related to your neighborhood or real estate. You can save searches and have us email you when new information is updated.”

StreetEasy was launched in 2006 and purchased by Zillow. With StreetEasy you can now search by listings, save your search, search for recorded sales, search for open houses, or search by price or price per square foot. You can connect to social networks and even find a broker. As a broker you can use the site to manage your listings and increase your own exposure

The new StreetEasy real estate app can be downloaded for free from the App Store on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

What’s next, virtual consumers? You laugh, but we had “no-doc” loans. Why not “no-reality” buyers?
