Jay’s professional experience includes over 20 years working in real estate: new home construction, acquisitions, sales, auctions, and property management. He is a realtor and the Owner of Trusted Home Buyers and Century Auction Group. It should also be noted that Mr. Palmisano has several million dollars in personal real estate holdings. He has firsthand knowledge of the rehab and sales market, buying and selling on average up to 50 homes per year.

My career began in commercial construction, where I contributed to significant projects at Gilbane Building Company and Forrester Construction. Transitioning into the healthcare sector, I founded and operated a successful medical billing company, providing services to esteemed clients such as Whitman Walker Clinic and Capital Dental. Additionally, I ventured into the wellness industry with Pink Patio Medical Spa, merging my healthcare expertise with entrepreneurial passion.

Currently, I serve as an Acquisition Representative for THB, leveraging my diverse background to excel in this role. Since 2017, I have also been a licensed Realtor, assisting clients in navigating the real estate market. Beyond my professional commitments, I coach women on content creation for Instagram, empowering them to build influential online presences. In my spare time, I channel my creativity into making candles and wax melts for my Etsy shop, blending my love for design and craftsmanship. Michael has been involved in the real estate industry for 3 years. Before his venture into real estate Michael served in the United States Coast Guard for 5 years as a Machinery Technician. His organizational background with the Coast Guard has evolved him into our data analyst and project manager. Michael is the behind the scenes in every aspect of the company and has thoroughly enjoyed his transition into the real estate industry.

In his spare time Michael enjoys riding dirt bikes, hanging out with his wife and 2 sons and enjoying time with friends.

Pat’s professional experience in book keeping spans over 37 years. Pat is currently the Bookkeeper for Trusted Home Buyers and has worked directly with the owner, Jay Palmisano, for the past seven and ½ years.  Pat Stevens handles all the accounting for renovation and construction, acquisitions, sales, auctions, and property management.

Jordan’s professional experience includes 7 years working in marketing, real estate acquisitions, and social media.
