Jay’s professional experience includes over 20 years working in real estate: new home construction, acquisitions, sales, auctions, and property management. He is a realtor and the Owner of Trusted Home Buyers and Century Auction Group. It should also be noted that Mr. Palmisano has several million dollars in personal real estate holdings. He has firsthand knowledge of the rehab and sales market, buying and selling on average up to 50 homes per year.

Shanna has a diverse professional background. At 18 years old, she became a stuntwoman in Los Angeles performing extreme action scenes on dozens of Films, TV shows and commercials. Later, Shanna acquired her Series 3 license and a C.T.A. designation as a Commodity Trading Advisor while juggling the duties of a single mom. Twenty years ago, she purchased her first home in California, then multiple properties in Texas and soon realized her passion for buying, selling and improving homes and land. She was raised in South Florida as a child and has relocated to North Florida to care for elderly parents.
Shanna is pleased to join the Trusted Home Buyers team of vast Real Estate expertise, an amazing support staff and private funding to acquire Florida properties while understanding and facilitating the needs of every seller.
Lisa Walton has extensive experience in International Sales and Management with over 20 years in Corporate America. Real estate has always been her passion and for the last 8 years, Lisa has worked with homeowners providing solutions to their home selling needs. Providing stellar customer experience and a quality outcome is the focus of each interaction. Lisa has experience in rehabbing houses, buying and selling off market properties, as well as owning several rental properties.

John’s experience in training and managing substantial workforces in the corporate workplace has prepared him for his role as Dispositions Manager of Trusted Home Buyers. His passion of developing his employees has translated to a passion for helping our sellers find the perfect buyers for their home.
Mary Jane Kowalchuk (MJ) holds a Maryland Real Estate License with Witz Realty, LLC and is our Lead Realtor in both Retail Sales and Acquisitions. She is a Certified Senior Residential Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and is a trusted source for the 50+ Community. She is an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
Her experience also extends into the investment side of real estate, having a vast knowledge of the Baltimore-Washington market with connections to the investor community.

Pat’s professional experience in bookkeeping spans over 37 years. Pat is currently the Bookkeeper for Trusted Home Buyers and has worked directly with the owner, Jay Palmisano, for the past five and ½ years. Pat Stevens handles all the accounting for renovation and construction, acquisitions, sales, auctions, and property management.

Jordan’s professional experience includes 6 years working in marketing, real estate acquisitions, and social media.
